# Lucas Lima Fonseca > Software architect from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, living in Utrecht. In my spare time I build AI-native products and the agents behind them. Now: Domain Architect at Nationale-Nederlanden, supporting 6 teams in the Claims domain. ## About I like to build things from scratch and take them all the way to production. Give me a problem to solve and a real challenge, and I am happy to stay. Coffee is a big part of my day. I have a Gaggia Classic at home and I practice latte art every morning, slowly getting better. Flat whites are my go-to, and I love funky, fruity coffees. If there is a roaster I have not tried yet, I want to try it. My head is always busy with new ideas and things to learn. Right now that is AI, in depth: RAG, agent harnesses, and small projects that help me and maybe other people digging into the same topics. Anything worth reading that I find on Twitter, articles, long posts or papers ends up on my reMarkable. I built tweet2remarkable for exactly that. (Expo, Supabase, eve, Vercel AI SDK; co-built; launched May 2026 · 200+ users) - [Cápsula](https://capsule.film): A disposable camera for events that lives in the browser - guests shoot, and the photos stay sealed until a scheduled reveal. (Next.js, Supabase, AWS; launched Aug 2026 · 62 events in two months) - [Zili](https://zilimail.com.br): Business email on your own domain, built for AI agents - a remote MCP server lets Claude and ChatGPT read, triage and draft, with your approval before anything is sent. (Cloudflare Workers, mailcow, MCP; co-built; production beta) ## Open source - [llm-repo-wiki](https://github.com/lucaslimafons/llm-repo-wiki): A wiki that writes and maintains itself from your GitHub repos, with line-level citations. (Next.js, AI SDK, Postgres, pgvector; runs locally) - [tweet2remarkable](https://github.com/lucaslimafons/tweet2remarkable): Share a post from X, a link or a PDF on Telegram and it lands on my reMarkable. (Node, Telegram; live on Northflank) - [skills](https://github.com/lucaslimafons/skills): The agent skills I use every day, open for anyone. (Markdown, Claude Code; used daily) ## Earlier work - [First Onsite](https://firstonsite.com/): Property restoration across the US and Canada. I started the new platform's backend in 2021 and ran its architecture from day one on a 4-engineer backend team, alongside the web and mobile teams - including the integration layer that kept it in sync with NetSuite and Salesforce. (Node.js, TypeScript, Apollo GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Docker; via Clevertech · 2021-2022 · 50+ branches · $10M+ revenue processed) - Zing Data: Joined the early engineering team two months after the idea and helped take the mobile-first BI product from prototype to the MVP that convinced the founders to go full-time. (Node.js, MongoDB, React, Flutter; 2021-2022 · $2.4M seed · 8,000+ users) [press](https://www.martechcube.com/zing-data-raises-2-4-mm-to-bring-business-intelligence-to-mobile/) - Nofaro: Pet health plans. My studio built the entire technology stack from zero - the customer platform, the clinic-facing systems, the integrations and the website.
